At Stop Jeans, we want you to love your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn denim and apparel. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice is included and the package is sealed properly for transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned denim, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
